Who are you?

C&J - in this case, Chad & Jason. F. Jason Rhoden is C&J's Manager, and runs all the websites for them, while Chad Stuart is, well... we hope you know by now. Jeremy Clyde of course autographs the signed C&J items, but isn't involved in the day to day running of the store.

How much will my order cost to ship?

It's free in the USA. Chad himself ships the orders, and we do it for absolutely free.

For the rest of the world we ship via air mail.

IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN OUR SHIPPING PROFILE WHEN YOU TRY TO ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT contactchadandjeremy@yahoo.com AND WE WILL GET YOU A SHIPPING QUOTE ASAP. WE TRY TO DELIVER EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD (within current limitations of US law and certain licensing restrictions).

How long will it take for it to arrive?

The honest answer? As soon as possible. We aim to have everything in stock and available to ship to you within a week of you placing your order. But please give us up to four weeks for your order to arrive, six if you are from outside the USA, before inquiring about your order status. It will be the rare case that an order will actually take that long, but backorders do happen, and our products are that much more susceptible to supply problems because they have to be autographed by two folks living on two continents. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

Unfortunately not.

Is there a way to pay aside from Paypal?

Yes. Please email us at contactchadandjeremy@yahoo.com and let us know what items you would like to order, and we can help you complete a traditional snail-mail order.

When is the next CD coming out?

Please check the news updates section of The Official Chad & Jeremy Website for those sorts of updates. That's where we will be making those sorts of announcements, not on here.

Are you offering any of the "tour CDs" from 2004-2007? Or "Fifty Years On from 2010? Or those out of print downloads?

No. Unfortunately those limited-edition CDs and downloads are completely out of print and not available for purchase at this time.
