Who are you, and what happened to the 'old' store? We're still the same people, but with the extra power of TBO Records to help us fulfill the orders and make everything run as smoothly and professionally as possible. The old Electric Paintbox store relied on Chad to do the fulfillment, which was fine in 2002, but as Chad's workload has increased exponentially it no longer made any sense. This new store leaves Chad to actually record music, and the record company to sell it. How much will my order cost to ship? Each order is calculated on an individual basis, based on your international location and what you have ordered. You will have a chance to review your shipping charges before you pay for anything. As always, we ship via Priority Mail in the USA, and those rates can be seen as choices as you add products into your cart. In our experience of flirting with any other forms of shipping, we have had too many damaged goods and unhappy customers to make the extra $1 here or there worth it to anyone. If you strongly disagree, are willing to assume the risk of loss or damage to your purchase, are ordering only 1 CD, and would like an economy quote, please email us at chadandjeremycds@yahoo.com and we will try to accomodate you, although we can't be responsible for any loss or damage that might occur (it was Peter & Gordon who said "Don't say that I told you so..."). For American customers we offer FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDERS OF 5 ITEMS OR MORE. That's how much we love you. For the rest of the world we ship via First Class International to Canada, we ship via airmail or Global Priority Mail to virtually everywhere else. The handful of exceptions involve countries where we have suffered losses before in shipping - the Philippines, Argentina, and Brazil are amongst those to whom we only send goods via registered airmail. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN OUR SHIPPING PROFILE WHEN YOU TRY TO ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT chadandjeremycds@yahoo.com AND WE WILL GET YOU A SHIPPING QUOTE ASAP. WE TRY TO DELIVER EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD (within current limitations of US law and certain licensing restrictions). How long will it take for it to arrive? The honest answer? As soon as possible. We aim to have everything in stock and available to ship to you within a week of you placing your order. But please give us up to four weeks for your order to arrive, six if you are from outside the USA, before inquiring about your order status. It will be the very rare case that an order will actually take that long, but backorders do happen, and our products are that much more susceptible to supply problems because they have to be autographed. Can I contact Chad & Jeremy through you? Unfortunately not. When the webstore was run directly by Chad and Jason, one of the fringe benefits was that Chad was able to occasionally add custom greetings to CDs or do similar such personal requests. But now things have reached such a scale where we simply are not able to meet those sorts of personal requests anymore. We're very sorry about that. Is there a way to pay aside from Paypal? Yes. Please check the news updates section of The Official Chad & Jeremy Website for those sorts of updates. That's where we will be making those sorts of announcements, not on here. Are you offering any of the "tour CDs" from 2004-2007? No. Unfortunately those limited-edition CDs are completely out of print and not available for purchase at this time.
